Recipe for sour cherry pancakes Kitl
A simple pancake recipe that takes up to 1 hour for you.
Time of preparation:
- 10 minutes dough preparation
- 30 minutes dough rest
- 5 minutes preparation of the filling (during dough rest)
- 20 minutes of frying and filling of pancakes
Ingredients (10 pancakes):
For dough:
- 500 ml of milk
- 180 g of smooth flour
- 20 g of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 5 ml rum
- 1 tablespoon of lemon peel
- pinch of salt
Filling:
- 250 g of fat cottage cheese
- 20 g of vanilla sugar
- 250 g of sour cherries
- Kitl Sour Cherry Syrup
Procedure:
- Pour milk into a larger bowl, add eggs, sugar and salt and mix everything together. Next, add the sifted flour and re-work in dough. Finally, mix the grated lemon peel and rum and leave the mixture in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
- Meanwhile the dough rest, prepare the filling for pancakes. Put the cottage cheese into a bowl, add vanilla sugar, and chopped cherries. Stir it properly.
- In a heavy pan, fry the pancakes (for about a minute on both sides) and still warm fill them with cottage cheese with sugar and cherries. At the end we can pour it with Kitl Sour Cherry syrup.
