Water sommelier Jan Vokurka, the first in the Czech Republic
"It’s not JUST water. Water can improve lives if people start being more interested in it. We are still missing a more profound insight when it comes to water in the Czech Republic." That’s what Jan Vokurka, a founder of a syrup producing company Kitl thinks. So, he decided to acquire an international water sommelier certificate. He was the first Czech person to get this certificate in July 2021.
The course is organised by an international organisation - The Water Sommelier Union.
